2 more R’s of direct marketing?

In a prior post here I talked about the 3 R’s of direct marketing:  “Communicating the Right message to the Right person at the Right time.”   However, folks have been telling me that I need to add two more R’s:  “using the Right channel and the Right tactic.”

I happen to whole-heartily agree but 5 R’s of direct marketing?  Not as catchy.  What do you think?
